Cancellation Policy (0–5 Days)

1. In case of order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped.
2. Once the product is shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

Return Policy

1. Returns and exchanges are applicable only for select products. Detailed return eligibility and conditions are provided on the respective product pages. For most products, the standard return window is 3 days.
2. The return policy for any product is subject to change without prior notice.
3. If pickup service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address.
4. Return/Exchange charges may apply on a case-to-case basis.

Refund Policy

1. Refund requests are accepted in case of mismatch in quality, size, color, or design, or if an item is missing, wrong, or damaged in a combo order.
2. Once the product has been picked up, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days using the same payment method.
3. Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
4. The product must have original packaging and tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
5. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Return/Exchange requests not raised within the return period (refer to product page) will not be accepted.

Important Note

• A refund deduction of ₹200 will be applicable in cases where the return reason is other than damaged or wrong item received.
